The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) and the host Antelope Valley Antelopes (Lancaster, CA), observed Golden Valley's football squad bounce Antelope Valley by a count of 42-6.

The Grizzlies now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Quartz Hill for a non-league contest on Friday, September 2. Golden Valley will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 46-13 non-league loss to Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Royals record now stands at 0-2.
