The Hawks now have a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Central for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Hancock will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Gautier (Gautier, MS). The Hornets record now stands at 3-6.
The Pirates (5-9) will now prepare for their test against East Central (Moss Point, MS). The Hornets enter the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, East Central gained a win over Gautier (Gautier, MS), 3-1, in a league test.
