The Blair Bears triumphed over the visiting Lincoln Northwest Falcons softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Bears now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Standing Bear for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. Blair will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Lincoln Northwest moves to 0-5 on the season. The Falcons host Norris (Firth, NE) to confront the Titans in a B District 5 battle on Thursday, August 28. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 3-2. Norris lost 7-3 in their recent league battle against Crete (Crete, NE)
