The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) and the visiting Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO), observed Columbine's softball team get by Riverdale Ridge by a tally of 14-13.

The Rebels (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO). The Bruins go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Cherry Creek nudged Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO), 4-3, in a non-league contest.

The Ravens now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Northglenn for a 5A/4A Rocky Mountain contest on Wednesday, September 3. Riverdale Ridge will face a Norsemen squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Widefield (Colorado Springs, CO). The Norsemen record now stands at 1-3.
