August 27, 2022: Amherst, OH 44001 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH) and the host Steele Comets (Amherst, OH), saw Wadsworth's volleyball squad nip Steele by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Wadsworth upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH) to play the Bees in a bout on Tuesday, August 30. The Bees go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Brecksville-Broadview Heights won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH)
The Comets now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Avon Lake for a bout on Thursday, September 1.
