Next, the Cavaliers confront the Athens/Greenview/PORTA/Illini Central Warriors (Athens, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 27. Carlinville will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Lutheran/Calvary (Springfield, IL).
The Crusaders now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Athens/Greenview/PORTA/Illini Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 30.
