The Meridian Warriors (Meridian, ID) soccer nipped the host Centennial Patriots (Boise, ID), 2-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Warriors now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Nampa for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29. Meridian will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Mountain Home (Mountain Home, ID). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
