Georgia High School Softball - Westside bounces Central
August 27, 2025: Talbotton, GA 31827 In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Westside Seminoles softball team scored a nice 15-0 triumph over the Central Hawks.
With the triumph, Westside upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Seminoles travel to Morgan County (Madison, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a 2A Region 2 match on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 2-4. Morgan County won 15-5 in their recent non-league match against Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA)
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 15-0 league loss to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA).
