In Thursday's league match, the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Groves Rebels (Garden City, GA), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Beach Bulldogs (Savannah, GA) in a 3A Area 3 match, on Thursday, August 28. Southeast Bulloch will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Liberty County (Hinesville, GA).
