In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Lincoln Charter Eagles.

The Cardinals (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC). The Lions come into the Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Langtree Charter lost by Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 30. Lincoln Charter will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record.
