August 29, 2023: Locust Fork, AL 35097 The Locust Fork Hornets prevailed the visiting Hanceville Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hornets now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pennington for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Locust Fork will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Oneonta (Oneonta, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-6.
The Bulldogs (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Cold Springs (Bremen, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Cold Springs dropped by Good Hope (Cullman, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
