Astronaut War Eagles (Titusville, FL) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Springstead Eagles (Spring Hill, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Astronaut improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The War Eagles host Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy (Melbourne, FL) to meet the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-0. The Eagles now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkland for a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. Springstead will face a Matadors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over American Heritage (Plantation, FL). The Matadors record now stands at 9-7.
