The The Carmel School Wildcats (Ruther Glen, VA) volleyball knocked off the host The New Community School Sabers (Richmond, VA), 3-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Williamsburg Christian Academy for a VMAC match on Tuesday, September 2. The Carmel School will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Grove Christian School (Richmond, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
