The The New Community School Sabers volleyball squad (Richmond, VA), was defeated 3-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Grove Christian School Falcons (Richmond, VA)

With the win, Grove Christian School improves its record to 16-6 on the year. The Falcons host Stuart Hall (Staunton, VA) to face the Dragons in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 21. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 2-8. Stuart Hall lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against North Cross (Roanoke, VA)

The Sabers now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot for a non-league test on Monday, October 20. The New Community School will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league win over Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA). The Knights record now stands at 13-4.
