Pennsylvania High School Football - Sharon loses to Cathedral Prep

August 30, 2024: Sharon, PA 16146

Cathedral Prep Ramblers (Erie, PA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA), 33-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Cathedral Prep advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Ramblers host Riverside (Painesville, OH) to play the Beavers in a non-league bout on Friday, September 6. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Riverside lost 17-10 in their recent non-league bout against Green (Uniontown, OH)

The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Slippery Rock for a District 10 Region 4 bout on Friday, September 6. Sharon will encounter a Rockets team coming off a 38-7 non-league win over Franklin (Franklin, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 1-1.
