In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Walnut Grove Wildcats volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Round Rock Dragons.

The Wildcats (16-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Prosper (Prosper, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 9-12 record. In their last challenge, Prosper was tipped by Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Dragons meet the Tioga Bulldogs (Tioga, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 31. Round Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 19-11 season record.
