In Saturday's non-league match, the Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE) volleyball squad tipped the host Battle Creek Braves (Battle Creek, NE), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Lincoln Northeast Rockets (Lincoln, NE) in a A District match, on Tuesday, September 2. Fremont will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Rockets enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Platte County (Platte City, MO).
