In Saturday's non-league match, the Overton Eagles (Overton, NE) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Ravenna Bluejays (Ravenna, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 2. Overton will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Bluejays enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Central City (Central City, NE).
