In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Nimitz Vikings (Irving, TX) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Kimball Knights (Dallas, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

The Vikings now possess a 6-10 record. They play next when they host Pearce for a 6A Region I District 7 bout on Tuesday, September 9.

With the loss, Kimball drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to MacArthur (Irving, TX) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 3-9. MacArthur lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Nimitz (Irving, TX)
