The Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers (New Ulm, MN) volleyball held off the host New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds (New Ulm, MN), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial for a South Central match on Thursday, September 4.

The Greyhounds (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Wabasso (Wabasso, MN). The Rabbits enter the Tomahawk match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Wabasso held off Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN), 3-1, in a non-league match.
