North Carolina High School Volleyball - Queen's Grant overwhelmed by Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy
September 2, 2025: Mooresboro, NC 28114 The Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons topped the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Gryphons play the Jackson Day Mariners (Charlotte, NC) in a Catawba River 1A/2A/3A outing, on Thursday, September 4. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Mariners come into the outing with a 8-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Chambers (Charlotte, NC).
With the loss, Queen's Grant drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Stallions host Central Academy of Technology & Arts (Monroe, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 3.
