September 3, 2022: Bernalillo, NM 87004 The Thoreau Hawks topped the host Bernalillo Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hawks now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valencia for a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. Thoreau will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-2.
The Spartans (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Tularosa (Tularosa, NM). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Tularosa was knocked off by Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 3-0, in a non-league test.
