New York High School Soccer - Chatham toppled by Cairo-Durham
September 3, 2025: Chatham, NY 12037 Cairo-Durham Mustangs (Cairo, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Chatham Panthers (Chatham, NY), 4-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Cairo-Durham advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Middleburgh (Middleburgh, NY) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Middleburgh lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Stamford Central (Stamford, NY)
Next up, the Panthers play the Taconic Hills Titans (Craryville, NY) in a Patroon outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Chatham will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Titans go into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 6-1 league win over Watervliet (Watervliet, NY).
