Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Cass City Red Hawks (Cass City, MI) and the host Almont Raiders (Almont, MI), observed Cass City's volleyball team hold off Almont by a tally of 2-1.

The Red Hawks (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Reese (Reese, MI). The Rockets enter the Greater Thumb - West contest with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Reese tipped Harbor Beach (Harbor Beach, MI), 2-0, in a non-league test.
