California High School Football - Hesperia sneaks past Liberty

September 4, 2025: Winchester, CA 92596

The Hesperia Scorpions football squad scored 22 points and limited the host Liberty Bison to 21 in the Scorpions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Scorpions now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they host La Quinta for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Hesperia will face a Blackhawks team coming off a 36-20 non-league win over Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 2-0.

The Bison (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Elsinore (Wildomar, CA). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Elsinore was nipped by Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA), 27-21, in a non-league test.
