Washington High School Football - North Beach nudges Northwest Christian
September 4, 2025: Lacey, WA 98516 In Thursday's league battle, the visiting North Beach Hyaks football squad scored a close 30-26 triumph over the Northwest Christian Wolverines.
The Hyaks (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Oakville (Oakville, WA). The Acorns come into the 1B Southwest (8 Man) match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Oakville tipped Ocosta (Westport, WA), 48-26, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Wolverines play the Chief Leschi Warriors (Puyallup, WA) in a 1B Southwest (8 Man) battle, on Friday, September 12. Northwest Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 46-19 league loss to Winlock (Winlock, WA).
