September 4, 2025: Gibsonia, PA The Mars Fightin' Planets ice hockey team scored 1 points and held the host Pine-Richland Rams to 0 in the Fightin' Planets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Fightin' Planets now hold a 3-0 record.
With the defeat, Pine-Richland moves to 0-2 on the year. The Rams travel to Armstrong (Kittanning, PA) to clash with the River Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The River Hawks enter the bout with a record of 0-2. Armstrong lost 8-4 in their recent non-league bout against Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA)
