Illinois High School Soccer - Stevenson holds off Glenbard West
September 4, 2025: Lincolnshire, IL 60069 Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Stevenson advances its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Carmel (Mundelein, IL) to clash with the Corsairs in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Corsairs come into the test with a record of 3-2. Carmel 0-0 in their recent non-league test against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL)
The Hilltoppers now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Elgin for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Glenbard West will play a Storm squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mundelein (Mundelein, IL). The Storm record now stands at 5-0.
