Florida High School Football - River Ridge over Fivay

September 5, 2025: New Port Richey, FL 34654

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL) and the visiting Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL), witnessed River Ridge's football squad knock off Fivay by a tally of 21-0.

The Royal Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Coyotes enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Cypress Creek was toppled by Hudson (Hudson, FL), 29-22, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Falcons battle the Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL) in a 4A District 8 contest, on Friday, September 12. Fivay will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 47-7 non-league win over King (Tampa, FL).
