The Huron Tigers football squad scored 13 points and limited the visiting Pierre T.F. Riggs Governors to 7 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tea for a Eastern South Dakota challenge on Friday, September 12. Huron will face a Titans team coming off a 25-7 league win over Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.

The Governors (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Watertown (Watertown, SD). The Arrows go into the Eastern South Dakota challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Watertown was edged by Yankton (Yankton, SD), 52-26, in a league challenge.
