The Mt. Diablo Red Devils walloped the visiting Vallejo Redhawks football team by a score of 44-12 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Red Devils face the Hillsdale Fighting Knights (San Mateo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Mt. Diablo will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Fighting Knights enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 13-12 non-league win over Overfelt (San Jose, CA).

The Redhawks (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Elite (Vallejo, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Elite was ripped by Bethel (Vallejo, CA), 37-12, in a non-league challenge.
