California High School Football - Concord edged by Mt. Diablo

The Mt. Diablo Red Devils tipped the host Concord Bears football squad by a margin of 25-21 in Friday's league test.

The Red Devils now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Berean Christian for a Diablo - Mountain test on Saturday, October 25. Mt. Diablo will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 62-18 league win over Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Concord drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA) to face the Wolves in a Diablo - Mountain challenge on Friday, October 24. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 0-7. Ygnacio Valley lost 62-18 in their recent league challenge against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA)
