The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Temecula Valley Golden Bears (Temecula, CA) and the visiting Paloma Valley Wildcats (Menifee, CA), witnessed Temecula Valley's football squad knock off Paloma Valley by a tally of 48-27.

The Golden Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest (Riverside, CA). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Hillcrest was outscored by Ramona (Riverside, CA), 44-28, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Heritage Patriots (Menifee, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 12. Paloma Valley will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 41-6 non-league loss to Chaffey (Ontario, CA).
