California High School Football - Yosemite defeats Sierra

September 5, 2025: Tollhouse, CA 93667

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Yosemite Badgers football team scored a nice 28-6 win over the Sierra Chieftains.

With the win, Yosemite advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Badgers host Gustine (Gustine, CA) to play the Reds in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. The Reds go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Gustine won 33-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Riverbank (Riverbank, CA)

The Chieftains (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Mariposa County toppled Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA), 35-14, in a non-league challenge.
