In Friday's league match, the North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA) volleyball squad prevailed the host New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Craig County Rockets (New Castle, VA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 10. North Cross will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record.
