The Glenn Bobcats soccer team (Kernersville, NC), was nipped 2-1 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC)

With the win, Parkland advances its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Forbush (East Bend, NC) to face the Falcons in a non-league contest on Friday, September 8. The Falcons enter the contest with a record of 5-2. Forbush won 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC)

The Bobcats now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Reagan for a Central Piedmont 4A contest on Monday, September 11. Glenn will face a Raiders team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 3-5.
