Vermont High School Football - Mt. Abraham tops Otter Valley
September 6, 2025: Bristol, VT 05443 The Mt. Abraham Eagles football squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Otter Valley Otters to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellows Free Academy/Lamoille for a Lake challenge on Saturday, September 13. Mt. Abraham will face a team coming off a 32-20 non-league win over Mill River (North Clarendon, VT). The record now stands at 1-0.
The Otters (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Springfield (Springfield, VT). The Cosmos go into the CVL challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Springfield toppled Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT), 56-6, in a non-league challenge.
