California High School Soccer - Weed knocks off Trinity
September 6, 2025: Weaverville, CA 96093 The Weed Cougars soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Trinity Wolves to 2 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cougars now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Butte Valley for a Shasta Cascade game on Saturday, September 13.
The Wolves (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Quincy (Quincy, CA). The Trojans come into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Quincy edged CORE Butte (Chico, CA), 4-0, in a league game.
