Ohio High School Volleyball - Mississinawa Valley tips Ansonia

September 6, 2025: Union City, OH 45390

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Ansonia Tigers.

Coming up next, the Blackhawks play the Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Mississinawa Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Jets come into the outing with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Arcanum (Arcanum, OH).

With the loss, Ansonia drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Bradford (Bradford, OH) to confront the Railroaders in a Western Ohio Athletic game on Thursday, September 11. The Railroaders go into the game with a record of 2-7.
