Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN) and the host Camden Central Lions (Camden, TN), observed Loretto's volleyball team hold off Camden Central by a count of 2-1.

The Mustangs (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Harpeth (Kingston Springs, TN). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Harpeth was edged by Merrol Hyde Magnet (Hendersonville, TN), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Lions now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hickman County for a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. Camden Central will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over East Hickman County (Lyles, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.
