In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Summertown Eagles volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Loretto Mustangs.

Next up, the Eagles face the Spring Hill Raiders (Columbia, TN) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. Summertown will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Raiders go into the game with a 7-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Battle Creek (Spring Hill, TN).

The Mustangs (5-11) will now prepare for their game against Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 14-9 record. In their last game, Madison County went down by River Ridge (Woodstock, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
