Central Heights Vikings (Richmond, KS) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Marmaton Valley Wildcats (Moran, KS), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Vikings (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberal (Liberal, MO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Liberal beat Oswego (Oswego, KS), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yates Center for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Marmaton Valley will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Northeast (Arma, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
