Pleasanton Blu-Jays (Pleasanton, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Marmaton Valley Wildcats (Moran, KS), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Blu-Jays (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Jayhawks come into the Three Rivers test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Jayhawk Linn gained a win over Central Heights (Richmond, KS), 2-0, in a league test.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Heights for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, September 30. Marmaton Valley will face a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 7-12.
