In Saturday's non-league battle, the Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE) volleyball squad toppled the host Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE), by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Central Valley improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, NE) to encounter the Bulldogs in a D1 District 10 battle on Thursday, September 11. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 1-2. Pleasanton won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Anselmo-Merna (Merna, NE)
