The Eagles (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Lake (Silver Lake, OR). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, North Lake notched a victory over Chiloquin (Chiloquin, OR), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Wolverines encounter the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 6. Santiam will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Nestucca (Cloverdale, OR).
