September 6, 2025: Mescalero, NM 88340 New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Mescalero Apache Chiefs (Mescalero, NM), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, New Mexico Military Institute advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Colts travel to Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM) to face the SonBlazers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The SonBlazers go into the test with a record of 5-1. Mesilla Valley Christian School won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM)
The Chiefs now sport a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Loving for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. Mescalero Apache will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Dexter (Dexter, NM). The Falcons record now stands at 0-6.
