Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN) and the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), observed Randolph Southern's volleyball team top Tri-Central by a count of 2-0.

The Rebels (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Hamilton (Hamilton, IN). The Marines go into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Hamilton dropped by Lakewood Park Christian (Auburn, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Trojans now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Wells for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Tri-Central will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
