South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 6-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Sabres confront the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) in a So Meck 4A challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. South Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Weddington (Matthews, NC).
