Nevada High School Football - Churchill County trounces South Tahoe

September 8, 2023: Fallon, NV 89406

In Friday's league match, the host Churchill County Greenwave football squad scored a big 48-0 victory over the South Tahoe Vikings.

In their next game, the Greenwave clash with the Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV) in a 3A Northern match, on Friday, September 15. Churchill County will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Railroaders enter the match with a 0-4 record after their 33-13 league loss to Lowry (Winnemucca, NV).

The Vikings (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Elko (Elko, NV). The Indians enter the 3A Northern match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Elko routed Fernley (Fernley, NV), 42-21, in a league match.
