In Friday's non-league game, the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) football team tipped the host Creighton Prep Junior Jays (Omaha, NE), by a final score of 27-24.

The Dragons (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Millard South (Omaha, NE). The Patriots come into the non-league game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Millard South got by Millard North (Omaha, NE), 56-19, in a non-league game.

The Junior Jays now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millard West for a non-league game on Friday, September 15. Creighton Prep will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 48-7 non-league win over Burke (Omaha, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
